The Founders

Laurence Dugué : Laurence started her career as direct sales manager at IBM. She soon realized she needed to involve partners to sell more effectively. Subsequently, she joined Oracle’s Strategic Alliance team where she developed her indirect sales skills. Laurence then moved to Ariba to manage their most significant partners and spent 3 years at SAP as Partner Director for France and North Africa. End 2004, Laurence left SAP to co-found A2Partner Consulting. Laurence Dugué is also founder and President of ADALEC, Partnership Directors French National Association.

Olivier Choron : prior to co-founding A2Partner Consulting, Olivier Managed all European sales and marketing activities for global PRM-leader ClickComerce. In that capacity, he supervided several successful PRL deployments for leading companies in the IT, manufacturing, franchise and chemical industries. Thoughout his previous 10 years in the hig-tech sector, Olivier also held various senior channel marketing positions at European and global levels (for 3Com and Nortel Networks amongst others). During this period, he was instrumental in the planning and implementation of several international channel extranets, e-marketplaces and online incentive management tools.

Sabine Allouchery : Sabine started her career as a Solutions Architect for a system integrator, becoming the link between team members, technology partners and customers. In 1998, after having developed the indirect channel for Informix, she joined Oracle’s Alliance team to manage large system integrators. Sabine subsequently became the French Sales Director at BMC Software and at the end of 2001, she formed her own consulting firm specialising in the optimisation of business and performance processes. In 2004, she co-founded A2Partner Consulting.

 

Jack Jacquet : Having gained extensive sales expertise, Jack Jacquet joined IBM as a sales manager in charge of large accounts. Due to his international experience, he subsequently spent 3 years in New York to spearhead the negotiations and implementation of the global partnership with Disney. Jack then led IBM’s new market entry team and business before moving back to Europe and developing IBM’s “Digital Media” activities. He left IBM two years ago to provide consulting services involving the creation and deployment of partnerships and co-founded A2Partner Consulting.

Christian Smagg : Over the past 15 years, Christian specialised in the recommendation and implementation of integrated CRM & PRM programs and infrastructures as well as the development and execution of major go-to-market strategies for a broad variety of global corporations in the technology, internet & telecommunications industries including Hewlett-Packard, Alcatel, Cisco Systems, Symantec, Microsoft, Lexmark, Inktomi / Yahoo!, Juniper Networks, Intel, Oracle and 3Com in both Europe and Asia Pacific. Christian holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (DEA & DESS) majoring in Marketing and Direct Marketing from the Lille Business Administration School (France).

Herve Guyomard : Herve capitalizes several years of experience in the creation and the development of the partner relationship's as well as Sales Manager in software companies Intershop, Argos Systems, ans as Alliance Manager within the worlwide telecommunication company Telecom Italia. Impassioned for new technologies since its studies in industrial data processing, he successfully realized strategic projects near large accounts within international teams, but he also developed his expertise in marketing in lauching several offers on SMB's market.
