PRM Assessment : A2Partner Consulting helps its clients assess and map their existing operational partner processes and tools. Such PRM assessments provide our clients with a 360° view of their partner processes and online tools and is the basis for the definition of their PRM strategy, need and roadmap definition.
PRM Strategy Definition : We help our clients define their PRM strategy, prioritise their PRM functionality requirements and document their PRM deployment roadmap. In addition, we can document PRM business cases and quantify pre-deployment ROIs for the various tools and systems considered.
Offering/ Vendor Selection : A2Partner Consulting supports its clients through the RFP/ RFI process and document the various stages involved in such decisions. We test and evaluate demo scenarios and tools and help our clients select the most appropriate PRM solution and vendor.
Project Management : We contribute to or drive the PRM project effort at the business level, alongside our clients and define and document the deployment project plan.
Partner Adoption : A2Partner Consulting assesses its clients' channel performance and PRM adoption (through client and partner interviews) and create new PRM business propositions (training, incentives, new tools, etc.) that can be executed with the client's sales and marketing teams.
